Introduction

During my time completing the Professional Diploma in Digital Content Development, I created some instructional resources to help University lecturers learn how to configure Turnitin on the Brightspace VLE.

For this project, I conducted a needs assessment to establish whether there was an instructional gap, and performed a learner analysis to profile potential users of the instructional resource and establish learner preferences.

From the resulting data gathered, I created a Step-by-Step written guide an Instructional video, using a Rapid prototyping approach, gathering early feedback from stakeholders to refine the end result.

The video was created using Camtasia and Snagit for screen recording. I developed the script for the video and used Elevenlabs.io to generate the voice-over.

For version 2, a different configuration of the AI voice was used, plus additional sections were added based on feedback from SMEs.
