The preview copies the Canvas font, heading sizes, and grid. Canvas changes its columns at window widths of 500 and 768 pixels. Its menus take part of the window, so the page column is narrower than the preview.
Canvas HTML
The page builds the HTML in your browser and sends it nowhere. The blocks use inline styles and Canvas's own grid classes, because Canvas removes <style> blocks and scripts when you save.
