From Inclusive Assessment to Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (2026-current)

On 1 October 2026, I started as an Instructional Designer in the Discipline of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy at University College Cork. The move closes out my work on the Inclusive Assessment Project.

Inclusive Assessment Project

The project aimed to make assessment at the university more inclusive. My work focused on how assessment happens across the university and what staff and students think about it. That evidence then informed policy and practical guidance. I also supported module reviews and guidance for module teams, with a focus on clear information for students. The university now carries that work into practice. I am grateful to the colleagues and students who shaped it.

Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy

My work focuses on learning design for online, hybrid, and blended study, and on advice and training for staff. I will use this space to share further reflections as the work develops.
